This Privacy Policy outlines the practices of CityBeetles (the “Company”, ” we”, “us” or “our”) concerning the collection, use and disclosure of information pertaining to end users of our app Vampirix.

This Privacy Policy is a legally binding agreement between the Company and the Partner (the “Partner”). By accessing or using our Services, the Partner agrees to abide by and not derogate from the terms of this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, and consent to the collection and use of information in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. We encourage our Partner to periodically review this Privacy Policy.

The definitions in the Terms of Service apply to this Privacy Policy unless stated otherwise. In addition to this policy, please review our Terms of Service, which is incorporated herein by reference, together with such other policies of which the Partner may be notified of by the Company from time to time.

1. What information we collect

We only need to collect minimal information for basic game functionallity. We collect the following types of data:

1.1 Anonymous Information

The anonymous information the Company collects (i.e. information that does not enable identification of individual persons) includes some technical information transmitted by the end user’s device, specifically, the IP address.

1.2 Personal Information

We collect basic informations from user that are needed for game functionality like email, username and password. We do not require real names, real financial data or other similar types of personal information.

We do not use advertising so we do not use advertising identifiers.

2. What is the Purpose of collecting the information?

We collect the information specified above in order to:

– allow the user to securely log into the game and to enable the Company to further provide, support, enhance, customize and improve the Services, based on the end users’ preferences and interactions with the Services;

– detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues;

– to respond to claims that any content available through the Service violates rights of third-parties;

- to resolve disputes and enforce our policies, including investigation of potential violations thereof, for the purpose of law enforcement or in accordance with any applicable law or regulation.

3. With whom we share information

We do not share personal Information with third parties except those required by law.

4. Children’s information

The Services are not directed or intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from individuals under 13 years of age. If we later obtain actual knowledge that an end user is under 13 years of age, we will take steps to remove that end user’s information from our systems.

5. Storing and retaining the information

We do not store the information collected on any of our servers but collect and deliver it to third parties only for advertising purposes.

6. Security and confidentiality

We use industry standard information security tools and measures, as well as internal procedures and strict guidelines to prevent information misuse and data leakage. Our team accesses the information on a “need-to-know” basis and subject to confidentiality obligations.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means and procedures to protect the information, which considerably reduce the risks of data misuse, we cannot guarantee that our systems will be absolutely safe. 7. Digital goods aquisitions

We offer digital goods inside our game that users may purchase with real currency. The digital goods aquisition is securely managed by Google Play entirely. The whole process of digital goods aquisition is automatic and the delivery of said goods is also automatic. The user may request a refund only if he does not use the whole digital goods he purchased, within 30 days.

8. Account and personal data deletion

The user may request at any time to delete the account and the personal information and that we have stored. The account deletion will happen at the end of each round of game which lasts a month. Therefore, the account deletion and all personal information related to that account will happen in less than a month from request.

9. Chat and in game messaging

Using abusive language, defamatory, sexist, racist or profane and derogatory treatment in any religion, race, nationality, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender or age group in the game chat or in game messages is prohibited. Therefore, players must be aware that our moderators that need to check suspicious or abusive communication behaviour can see "whispers", that is messages sent by a player to other player directly.

10. Updates or amendments to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to periodically amend or revise the Privacy Policy; material changes will be effective immediately upon such changes being presented on our Privacy Policy. The continued use of the Services, following notice of such amendments, constitutes acknowledgement and consent of such amendments to the Privacy Policy and agreement to be bound by the terms of such amendments.
