The user may request at any time to delete the account and the personal information and that we have stored.
The account deletion will happen at the end of each round of game which lasts a month.
Therefore, the account deletion and all personal information related to that account will happen in less than a month from request.
To request the removal and deletion of account and data:
👉 - step 1: send an email formally requesting account removal from the email address you used to register so that we know the request comes from you.
👉 - step 2: we will reply within 7 business days to confirm the request.
👉 - step 3: the account will be scheduled for deletion at the end of the current round.
With the account removal, any personal data, like username and password will be deleted from our databases.
