Tonight's journal page is written by one of Transylvania's most mysterious creatures, me! It's been a busy day filled with searching for the perfect ingredients for a new experiment that hopes to cure the age old abhorrence of stress, but I'm afraid it will have to wait for tomorrow.

I decided tonight to take a break from the lab. Instead, I flew up to the highest peak in the mountain range. After a quick burst of speed, I was overlooking the valley below me. A stunning sight to behold.

I found myself getting lost in the views for hours, until the sun set and the stars came out. One of my favorite sights is gazing upon the stars, and it's been a rare treat for me for quite some time. I've been quite busy lately.

I decided to do something I don't usually do and break out the munchies. I'm sure a few of the villagers wouldn't be too happy with it, but hey, I am a vampire after all! So of course I had to bring some snacks.

I found myself getting so caught up in the incredible view, that I almost forgot that I brought an old friend with me. Now, I don't usually like to crack puns at a poor soul's expense, but this one I loved!

"Where did the vampire go during the eclipse? To the night club, of course!"

I laughed until my sides hurt, and then my old friend began to share some of their most humorous and outrageous tales. Some of which I'm sure would have made you gasp in horror, but for me, I found it to be quite refreshing.

Eventually, the night was coming to a close. The stars had moved from their places in the sky, and the chill of the night had spread its blanket over all. But that's alright, because it's the kind of night I live for. I can think of no better place to be than surrounded by the beauty of nature, enjoying good company and a few laughs.
