Today, I had a very exhausting day! I was invited to talk at a vampire convention and man... let me tell you, did I have to stress. I had to explain who I was, why I'm here, and why I'm different from other vampires. Now, as you all know, I'm a vampirix and so, naturally, I can feed on stress and not blood. I thought the crowd would get it but unfortunately, most didn’t.
Anyway, I thought my speech went alright despite all the questioning. After it was done I relaxed a bit by visiting some of my scientist friends. We talked about a lot of things, from Mars to the use of computers in the latest experiments. We had a ton of fun.
As night came, I decided to take a stroll on a nearby hill. I stopped for a few moments to look up at the stars and marveled at their beauty.
Afterwards, for a bit of fun, I visited a nearby airplane hangar. A few of the planes were actually taxidermied cats! How cool is that? I would love to try to do something similar in my garden some day.
Before I knew it, the sun was up and I had to get going. I'll continue with my day tomorrow, while reading a book a colleague lent me and solving a few political trivia questions.
Ah, such is life!
