Today was an unusually weird day, even reckoned by the standards of this peculiar little spot in the Transylvanian hills. I'd woken up with an intense craving for stress, which was odd because usually I'm more of a blood and bats kinda guy. That settled it, I knew I had to find some stress to eat if I wanted to have a normal day.
First I thought I'd give my scientist friends a visit, since they're usually full of burning inquiries and tense equations to solve. But when I got to their laboratories all I found were three unusually calm individuals. I suspected that someone had gotten to them before me, sucked all the stress out of them so to say. They were, however, pleased as punch to see me and decided to tell me about their latest invention – a flying machine that could take them from hill to hill. Apparently, they were able to get it to work and were hoping to send it to Mars one day! That thrilled me silly, because I was always dreaming of going to the Red Planet too.
Just as I was about to suggest lots of ideas about how to improve their machine, I spotted the cause of their unusually serene demeanor. It was a tiny little creature nestled in the corner, snoring away quite obnoxiously. It was a tiny vampire just like myself. I realized it was no competitor, but instead my distant cousin, Dracula – so small that he was barely visible to human eyes! I let out a tiny giggle and signaled to my friends to keep quiet and not to disturb him.
So instead, we decided to have a rock music concert in the nearby forest. We grabbed our guitars, drums, amplifiers and speakers, and set the session. We even brought our pets along, cats, dogs, and a couple of vampire bats. It was a jolly night – we played some rock, pranked people and told mild scientist jokes both good and bad. And it worked, we got our bit of stress in the end, though of course it was nowhere near enough to feed our hungry hunger.
But, oddly enough, it was the perfect way to end the day. And it's not every day you get to perform rock music for a bunch of Dracula's distant cousins, so I considered it a win. So yes, it was a weird but ultimately satisfying day indeed.
A distant cousin of Dracula, Mootzulea grew up in the hills of Transylvania, mainly in the area of Sibiu.
He knows a lot of jokes but is very determined into battles. He is passionate about science and has a lot of scientist friends. Therefore, you will have an increased production of scientists. He dreams of going to Mars one day.
