Today was an eventful day. I woke up in the morning to find that it had become much colder than usual. I guess Transylvania's weather had finally caught up to its reputation. I decided to go out into the woods and see if I could find some new plants to experiment on. As I was walking through the grass a flock of bats flew by, which made me laugh. It was a beautiful sight.
I went further into the woods and began to feel a strange sensation. I knew immediately that I was sensing another presence. I had heard stories in my village of strange creatures that lurked in the woods, but I had never seen one. I decided to investigate further.
I continued to walk, pausing every so often to sense out the presence. It seemed to be coming from the nearby hill, so I decided to climb.
Once I reached the top, I was amazed to find a small group of vampires. Just like in all the stories I had heard, these creatures had pale complexions and their eyes were black as night. I was apprehensive at first, but then I remembered that I was a vampirix too and my fear was eased.
I introduced myself and asked why they were there. Their leader explained that they were searching for a particular type of blood that contained a poignant type of stress. Clearly this was the reason why I had been sensing their presence.
The leader then asked if I would like to join them on their mission. I quickly agreed not only out of personal curiosity but also because I had never been able to find a place like this where I could share my scientific thoughts with those of my kind.
The rest of the day went by in a flash as I shared stories and learnt new facts about our species. We even attempted pranking a few humans who were walking nearby. Before I knew it, the sun had started to set and we were all on our way home.
As I walked back to my village I couldn't help but feel that I had found a family that I never knew existed. I looked up at the night sky, saw a few stars twinkle and realized that anything is possible - even going to Mars someday.

Mootzulea
A distant cousin of Dracula, Mootzulea grew up in the hills of Transylvania, mainly in the area of Sibiu.
He knows a lot of jokes but is very determined into battles. He is passionate about science and has a lot of scientist friends. Therefore, you will have an increased production of scientists. He dreams of going to Mars one day.
