Hi diary,
I'm not sure what's going on today, but I feel like something strange is afoot. I'm a vampire, but not the Dracula kind - I'm a Mootzulea, which is a small type of vampire that eats stress rather than blood. I live in the hills of Transylvania, although that's not exactly a big surprise. I'm pretty sure I'm dreaming, or possibly, having a hallucination... or both.
I just spent the last hour flying around in circles and playing tag with a bunch of airplanes. And, during the whole time, my laughter just echoed through the clouds - it was the most exhilarating sensation. I mean, I'd never really flown before, and the way the wind was blowing through my fur, it just felt so natural. But then I smacked right into a cloud and tumbled downwards like a stone. Thankfully, my vampire powers gave me enough of a boost to land safely on a nearby hill.
After that, I went to meet a friend of mine who's a scientist. I like hanging out with scientists because they're so creative and they constantly come up with the craziest inventions. Today, my friend said he had made a device that could control the weather - which I thought was quite an amazing feat. He was so proud of himself that he even gave me a free demo of it.
The weird thing is, I don't even know if he was joking or not - because, after he showed me how the device worked and I tried it out, it started to rain cats and dogs! And, unsurprisingly, I was completely drenched. And no, cats are not a source of stress for me - so, I'm still hungry for some.
Maybe I'm just overthinking things and I was actually just pranking myself. That must be it! Anyway, as soon as I can, I'm going to get on the next spaceship and make my way to Mars - my dream destination. I'm sure the low gravity and red skies will be a nice change.
Until then, I'm going to go get some sleep and hope that the rain of cats stops before I wake up - otherwise I'm going to be pummeled by kittens!
