Vampirix diary Mary Read

29 Aug 2024

Dear Diary,

Today was a whirlwind of absurdity and hilarity, as usual in my life as a vampirix who feeds on stress instead of blood. My day started off with a morning flight with my scientist friends to test out our latest invention - a stress-o-meter that measures the stress levels of humans from above. As we flew over the town, we couldn't stop laughing at the readings on the stress-o-meter. It turns out that the mayor was the most stressed out person in the whole town! Who knew running a small village could be so anxiety-inducing?

After our flight, I decided to relax by sculpting an airplane out of rock while listening to some rock music. It was a strange sight to see a vampirix chiseling away at a piece of granite, but I find sculpting to be quite therapeutic. Plus, the airplane sculpture will make a great addition to my garden of strange and quirky statues. My neighbor, who is a werewolf, couldn't stop howling with laughter when he saw my latest creation.

In the afternoon, I hosted a trivia game night for my scientist friends, where the questions were all about astronomy and chemistry. Of course, I had an unfair advantage with my vampire knowledge, but it was all in good fun. We laughed so hard at each other's incorrect answers that our stress levels actually decreased! Who knew that a trivia game could be so therapeutic?

As the night fell, I snuck into the town square and played a prank on the townspeople by rearranging all the gravestones to spell out punny jokes. The townspeople woke up to find tombstones with messages like "I'm just dying to meet you" and "Here lies my hopes and dreams (they're dead)." It was a harmless prank, but the reactions were priceless.

Before I retired to my lair for the night, I spent some time experimenting with my new chemistry set, mixing together strange concoctions in the hopes of creating a potion that would allow me to turn invisible. The results were mixed, but I did manage to create a potion that turned my cat invisible for a few seconds. She looked so confused as she walked through the walls!

As I lay in bed, listening to the sounds of the night, I couldn't help but dream of one day flying to Mars and exploring the unknown. Who knows what kind of bizarre adventures I would have on the red planet? But for now, I am content to live my strange and wonderful life here in the hills of Transylvania.

Yours humorously,

Mootzulea
