Ahhh, what another beautiful day in Transylvania. I, Mootzulea, woke up early as usual to get a few hours of flying around in the fog before breakfast. I love observing the various patterns of clouds and mists of the countryside at dawn. It is the best time of day. After I have flown for a while, I land in a nearby meadow and take a break to eat some of my favorite stress–my main food source–from unsuspecting workers.
Today was no different, and I was contentedly snacking when, all of a sudden, a floating ship crashed nearby, followed by a piercing scream. Instinctively, I flew over to where the crashed ship had landed, and my eyes widened with disbelief when I saw the scene in front of me– a small army of robots led by a giant robot held an old-fashioned steam powered cannon, with a frightened scientist cowering in fear at their feet.
I was about to rush in and help the poor scientist, but then I noticed something strange–they weren’t attacking the scientist, but rather, they seemed to be aiming the cannon at something behind me. Of course, being the curious vampire that I am, I just had to take a look.
I was shocked at what I saw–it was an army of my vampire friends, looking just as confused and surprised as I was. It turns out that the robots and their steam powered cannon were on a mission to prevent a vampire uprising! It was too late, of course, for the robots to prevent the uprising, and so after much experimentation and tinkering with their weapon, they decided to call it quits and go home .
The scientists and the vampires quickly became friends, swapping stories of their adventures and exchanging puns, with me at the center of everything, entertaining them all with my vast repertoire of jokes. After a few hours of bonding, I said goodbye to my new friends and flew off into the night, content that I had managed to save the day and help save Transylvania from a potential vampire uprising.
As much as I’d love to stay and explore this world of science and discovery, I still had my own dreams and ambitions. Deep down, I knew I was destined for something bigger, something outside of this world, and I looked up at the night sky with a twinkle of hope.
Sure, I was a vampire, and sure, I was born in Transylvania, but today I vowed to bring my knowledge and ambitions together to reach for something greater.
One day, I will go to Mars!
