It had been a long day—and all that food I ate earlier had made it even longer. I was tired and full, and ready for a good evening's rest—but of course, I wasn't about to do either any time soon. As the sun was about to set over the hills of Transylvania, I had an urge to do something different—something exciting—something only a vampirix could do.

So I decided to take to the skies.

I donned my trusty cape and took to the air. As I flew through the darkening sky, I was surrounded by sparkles of stars—which led me to singing along to some of my favorite rock songs. I was in heaven—or at least it felt like I was as I soared above the hills. I could see all the little towns and people below me in the darkness—all of them going about their mundane lives without a care in the world.

After a few joyful rounds of singing, I turned my attention to some of the other hobbies I had. To my delight, I spotted a group of scientists below me, discussing their theories on Mars exploration. I was jealous of their enthusiasm—how I longed to be amongst them, discussing their ideas and taking part in their experiments.

It was then that I had an idea! I decided to play a prank on the scientists by plunging into the night sky and performing a few stunts. At first, they must have thought it was a UFO—but upon closer inspection, they were surprised to see me zooming around in my vampirix costume. Although I was aware of it being a prank, I still couldn't help but feel that this was science in action.

After my performance, I zipped away and returned home—to the safety of my bed. Once there I allowed myself to enjoy some more of my passions; such as sculpture, computers, puns, classic video games, and even some trivia with my feline friend.

Being a vampirix has many advantages—ones which always make life more interesting than expected.
