Vampirix diary Mary Read

16 May 2024

Today was a whirlwind of absurdity and hilarity in my life as a vampirix who feeds on stress. I started the day by visiting my scientist friend, Dr. Frankenfrog, who was conducting an experiment to see if frogs could survive on a diet of marshmallows. I couldn't help but chuckle at the sight of the frogs hopping around with sticky white goo all over their faces.

After bidding farewell to Dr. Frankenfrog, I decided to indulge in one of my favorite hobbies - gardening. I spent the afternoon planting carnivorous plants in my garden, much to the confusion of my neighbor, Mrs. Grundlerump. She couldn't wrap her head around the fact that I was growing plants that could potentially eat her petunias.

As the sun began to set, I received a call from my pilot friend, Captain Batwing, who invited me to join him for a night flight over the hills of Transylvania. I eagerly accepted and soon found myself soaring through the night sky, blasting rock music from the cockpit and laughing at the startled reactions of the villagers below.

Upon returning home, I decided to unwind by playing a few rounds of trivia games with my cat, Sir Fluffykins. He may not speak human language, but his knowledge of obscure facts never ceases to amaze me. We ended the evening with a duet on the piano, with Sir Fluffykins pawing at the keys in perfect harmony.

Before retiring to my underground lair, I couldn't resist pulling a prank on my unsuspecting friend, Count von Squigglesworth. I rearranged all the furniture in his castle to spell out "I heart puns" in giant letters. The look on his face was priceless when he discovered my handiwork.

As I lay in my coffin, surrounded by the comforting darkness, I couldn't help but dream of the day when I would travel to Mars. The thought of exploring the red planet filled me with excitement and awe. Who knows what kind of mischief and mayhem I could get up to in space?

But for now, I am content with my bizarre and wonderful life here in Transylvania. Who needs blood when you can feast on stress and laughter instead? Life as a vampirix may be strange, but it's never boring. And I wouldn't have it any other way. Goodnight, world. Sleep tight, and don't let the stress bugs bite.
