Vampirix diary Mary Read

16 Jun 2024

Dear journal,

Today was a whirlwind of chaotic fun! I started the day by helping my scientist friend Dr. Fangenstein with his latest experiment - combining cat DNA with fluorescent jellyfish protein to create glow-in-the-dark felines. The results were...interesting, to say the least. I now have a pet cat that lights up like a disco ball whenever she purrs.

After our scientific escapades, I decided to indulge in some gardening in my moonlit garden. I planted some stress-eating plants that thrive on negative energy, which come in handy when dealing with pesky villagers who try to stake me. As I watered my plants with a mixture of moonlight and vampire tears, I couldn't help but chuckle at the absurdity of my existence.

In the afternoon, I attended a rock concert in the nearby castle ruins. My favorite vampire rock band, The Bat-tle of the Bands, put on an electrifying performance. I rocked out to their hits while sipping on a blood cocktail (don't worry, it was synthetic). The combination of music and laughter had me feeling invigorated and ready for more mischief.

Speaking of mischief, I couldn't resist pulling a prank on my neighbor, Count Von Suckula. I filled his coffin with garlic cloves and replaced his cape with a bright pink tutu. The look on his face when he discovered my handiwork was priceless. I may have to sleep with one eye open tonight, but it was totally worth it.

After a delicious dinner of stress-induced screams (a vampire's version of comfort food), I settled down for a night of stargazing. My astronomer friend, Dr. Nightshade, joined me with his telescope, and we spent hours marveling at the wonders of the cosmos. I shared my dream of going to Mars one day, and we both laughed at the idea of a vampirix on the Red Planet.

As the night grew darker, I bid farewell to Dr. Nightshade and took to the skies in my trusty airplane. Night flying is one of my favorite pastimes, and the feeling of freedom as I soared through the clouds was exhilarating. I flew over Transylvania, my cape billowing in the wind, feeling like a true queen of the night.

Now, as I write these words by the light of the moon, I can't help but smile at the absurdity and wonder of my life as a vampirix. Each day brings new adventures, new discoveries, and new laughs. Who knows what tomorrow will bring? All I know is that I'll be ready, fangs bared and ready to sink into whatever absurdity comes my way.

Until next time, journal. Keep the night alive.

Yours ghoulishly,
Mootzulea the Vampirix
