Welcome to the diary of Mary Read, the vampirix who never fails to turn heads. Afterall, what girl doesn't love having a few vampire-isms – such as the perfect night vision – and unending energy?
Today was a particularly exciting day. I had planned to head to the mall with friends, and it proved to be a success. We laughed, we shopped, and we gossiped about all the cute guys there. It's amazing how fast the time can pass when your having fun!
After our shopping trip, it was time to head to the beach for some music and dancing. I'm a fan of the nightlife, so it was easy for me to find the beat in the wildest places. Plus, it helps that I can fly! I can perfectly time my jumps with the rhythm of the music and sail through the air with the greatest of ease – talk about a rush.
As the night progressed, it was time for a snack. I dived into some exotic foods and let me just say they were delicious! Pina Coladas were my favourite, because they are sweet and daring – just like me.
Of course, with the day coming to a close, I had to make a few last minute stops. I stopped by my favourite bookstore and picked up a few interesting books on politics, vampires and local legends. I also managed to pick up a new kitty costume and some funky jewelry, before heading off to bed.
Tomorrow promises to be just as exciting and I can't wait to see what kind of trouble I'll get into! Until next time …
