Today was as usual a day for chaos. I awoke to the sound of my alarm blaring and felt a pang of excitement overwhelm me. I slipped out of bed, my feet soon making contact with the chill ground, and stared out of the window. It was the perfect morning to go out and explore, and I could hardly contain my enthusiasm.
I dressed, throwing on my favorite party dress and a pair of killer stilettos. With a swish and a flourish, I made my way out the door and into the night.
While others were too busy sleeping to notice me, I was diving lickety split into the city streets and having the time of my life. I stopped by a local cafe, sipping on a Pina Colada and observing my fellow night owls. I waved to a gang of vampirix, a small type of vampire I was part of, who flew around on their tiny wings.
The night flew by in a flurry of activity. I found myself wandering into a store searching for a new dress. Next, I made my way to an exotic mall, reveling in the candy-colored lights and the chance to try different kinds of cuisine. I ended the night with a disco lesson with my girlfriends, ascending the sky in our glittering dresses.
Before dawn, I had to be back home and in my bed. My body felt alive and my mind was buzzing with energy. I was ready for anything life had to throw at me.
I often feel like an ancient princess warrior - always ready for a fight and never afraid to take risks. I know I'll make it in this world, no matter what. And I won't let anyone or anything stand in my way.
