I woke up like I do every day, feeling like a warrior princess. But today was a special day- I was going out to pick up new clothes and supplies for my upcoming party. I was feeling particularly festive, so I decided to express myself through my wardrobe and makeup. I put on my favorite sheer pink dress and grabbed my vampire stake in case I ran into any trouble. I had already had my pina colada and was ready to go outside!
The street was deserted this time of night and I felt like I had the whole world to myself. As I strolled, I hummed a song and remarked at all the strange shadows cast by the street lamps and buildings. I wondered if any of the shadows were stalking me, but quickly dismissed the thought. Who on earth would be following an absurd creature like me?
I kept walking and eventually arrived at an upscale mall. I strolled through the galleries and looked at all the latest fashion trends, thinking to myself, I'm not quite ready for all of this yet. Drawing a deep breath, I contemplated what type of outfit would best suit my still-growing vampire power. As I stepped inside a clothing boutique, I noticed a girl with a familiar scent. She had the unmistakable aura of a vampire.
Turning around, I saw a strange collection of items being sold in the store. There were a few items I recognized like crow feathers and jars of garlic, but besides those things there were quite a few astonishing items. Vampire teeth jewelry, diamond necklaces with gemstones, and even red eyeshadow. I wondered who would buy these things, but then realized that I was in the perfect place to get everything for my party. After gathering the items I needed, I paid for my purchases and headed out.
As I walked outside the mall, I hummed a familiar tune- "Ahh. . . Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain!" Even though there was no rain to be caught in, I was still enjoying myself and the night was still young. With my new acquisitions in hand, I flew away into the night to plan my fabulous party.
