I am Mary Read, and if there's one thing I love, it's to embrace my inner vampire. I'm a purveyor of chaos, glee, and excess. What can I say? I love to have a good time!

Yesterday, I decided to take advantage of an opportunity to travel to a vampire-filled mall. Upon arriving, I could tell something felt weird. I'm used to feeling people's energy - but there was a stillness in the air that was unusual for a place full of vampires.

As I walked around the mall, I eventually found myself in the food court area. A vampire in a long black cape and hat had set up shop. He was selling custom-made chocolates that he said he made himself.

I decided to try one, and I swear it tasted like the first drops of blood that a newborn vampire tastes when they are first made. Even though I was repulsed, I couldn't help but feel a little bit intrigued.

The rest of my evening at the mall was quiet and uneventful. I didn't find any trouble, and I was able to get a few last-minute items for friends and family.

Well, that is until the night-time transformed the mall into a true blood feast. All of the stores closed, and the vampires began to come out of the woodwork. Chanting and dancing in the halls, their laughter and energy was like nothing I had ever experienced before.

And I have to admit, I loved every second of it. I danced and sang until the sun began to come up and it began to get light outside. I kissed a few vampires and whispered my secret kne if they knew all my secrets, and then ran out of the mall before I was fully awake, feeling absolutely euphoric.

No one ever knows what I do in the night. But I know what I did last night, and that's all that matters to me. Get me a pina colada? Let's do it again tonight.
