Today I went for a stroll in the park. I was hoping to find one of my kind, a vampirix, but no luck. Instead I found two mortal kids playing together, a little boy and a little girl, both of them with big smiles. I could feel so much joy radiating from their hearts that for a moment I almost forgot that I have no heart of my own.
I listened to their conversation and delightfully found out that it was so cute and of no interest for me, so I made a mental note about this observation: “Even mortal children are of no interest to me”.
Feeling bored, I decided to make a trip to the shopping mall, as it is my favorite place to pop in for some Pina Coladas in case I spot someone interesting. So, I hopped on my night flying broomstick.
As soon as I arrived at the mall, I noticed someone very peculiar. He looked like a Dracula, only with more charisma. His eyes seemed to shine with moonlight; his perfect white teeth he wore like a banner of recognition.
I took several steps towards his direction and, before saying anything, he opened his arms in a welcoming hug. He address me by my name, “Mary Read! How are you?” I wasn't expecting this kind of reception - and asked him who he was.
He simply said: “I am Vlad, the prince of the undead. I, along with my family and the rest of the vampires, live around these parts of your country. I must tell you, we've all heard about your famous pirate predecessor and that is why we offer you our warmest welcome.”
After hearing his story and invitation I couldn't help smiling. After all, I am a female vampirix - and I love to get caught in the rain. It is my favorite thing.
Before leaving, Vlad gave me a precious present: a golden jewelry box with a old fashioned precious ring for me to always remember him.
So, it was another successful day. I was welcomed by new friends, enjoyed some Pina-Coladas and even got a present! Yes, life is good for a night flyer as myself.

She took the name of her inspiration, Mary Read, the famous pirate.
She likes Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain, but leads very serious battles. She has a knack for making money, therefore, your production of money will be increased. Her inspiration, Mary Read, was an English pirate during the Golden Age of Piracy.
