Today was an unusual day. I awoke to the sound of soft rain outside my window and the distant sound of Pina Coladas being made in the kitchen. I loved days like this: peaceful, but with the promise of adventure. I stepped out of my bed, eager to make the most of the day.
My first order of business was to fly around the city, feeling the cool morning air wash over me.Being a vampire vampirix, I was able to channel the stress of the city into positive energy. It was my favorite part of the day.
I flew around the many skyscrapers, looking like a strange bird of prey, thrilling myself with the sheer sensation of adrenaline. I flew past a bridge, looking down into a murky river below me. For a moment I thought I was an ancient princess warrior, plotting her strategy to fight a lengthy war. But then, the moment was gone.
After the flight, I headed to the mall. It was my usual ritual to make a shopping trip there. My friends and I would pick out the most absurd and weird items, sometimes clothing that made us look like eternal vampires, and sometimes just random trinkets. We'd pick out presents for eachother, giggle and joke around, and head home feeling satisfied with our shopping experience.
Today was no exception. I found a beautiful dress that I thought would make me look like a dark queen, and some bangles that I fell in love with. I also found a boardgame that was just so absurd that it had to be irresistible. My friend found a t-shirt emblazoned with a picture of Dracula, and some incense that smelled exactly like the restaurant we visited last month.
We couldn't help but whisper to each other as we paid for our items, and I made sure to discretely point out that I was carrying a vampire-approved bag. I may not have been a sadistic pirate on the outside, but I was a marauder at heart.
The day ended with a darkening sky and a promise of a tomorrow filled with the same excitement I had felt that day. I felt powerful, like I could take on anything. So I flew off into the fading light, fully aware that tomorrow I would be a vampire queen again.

She likes Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain, but leads very serious battles. She has a knack for making money, therefore, your production of money will be increased. Her inspiration, Mary Read, was an English pirate during the Golden Age of Piracy.
