Hey there, diary! Today was one heck of a day for this vampirix! I woke up feeling like a million bucks (or should I say, a million bats?) and decided to throw a little party at my place. I mean, why not? I'm Mary Read, the vampirix cousin of Dracula, after all!
I started off the day with a nice Pina Colada in hand, just to get me in the party mood. Then, I took a quick flight around the neighborhood to check out the scene and see if there were any potential party crashers around. You can never be too careful, you know.
After my flight, I hit up the mall to do some shopping for the party. I swear, every time I walk into a store, I just have this magical ability to pick out the most fabulous outfits. I mean, who needs a mirror when you have my fashion sense? I even managed to pick out a killer new dress for my girlfriend, Lucy. She's going to love it.
Once the shopping was done, it was time to head back to my place and start setting up for the party. I had the music blasting (my favorite vampire punk band, of course), the decorations up (lots of bats and spider webs), and the food ready (exotic dishes from all over the world).
As the guests started to arrive, I couldn't help but notice how stressed out they all looked. That's when I realized, it was time to do what I do best - eat stress! I took a bite out of each guest's stress and let me tell you, it was like a gourmet meal for me. Who needs blood when you have stress, am I right?
The party was a huge success, with everyone dancing and laughing the night away. I even managed to sneak in a few jokes about Dracula without anyone noticing. Hey, a girl's gotta have some fun, right?
All in all, it was a day full of laughter, good food, and great company. And as I sit here writing in my diary, I can't help but feel grateful for the life I lead. I may be a vampirix, but I sure know how to throw a killer party.
Until next time, diary!
