Today was a good day - sort of! I had been working on a new experiment to try and find out what causes the color of a vampire's eyes to change. My hypothesis was that it had something to do with the individual's stress level, and the mood of the surrounding environment.

Naturally, I was feeling quite stressed about it so I had to take some time out for a bit of stress relief. I decided to go for a stroll and take in the beautiful vista of the hills of Transylvania, but when I stepped outside I noticed a strange noise and looked up to see strange aircraft flying in the night sky, performing some kind of weird maneuver.

At first I was alarmed, but then I realized that this could actually be an amusing way to pass the time. Immediately I began to devise a plan.

I made my way quickly back to my laboratory and retrieved my trusty potato gun, fashioned together from spare parts. I loaded it with some potatoes and began to shoot off into the night sky. The planes were making strange swirls and patterns, and I was determined to hit them with each shot.

Soon enough, I started to receive radio transmissions from the pilots. They were asking me to stop, as the potato artillery was proving to be a bit too much for them to handle. After a bit of persuasion, I finally stopped and the pilots thanked me for my efforts.

It wasn't long before I began to regret my rash decision, for the potato artillery had an unintended side effect – my stress levels dropped and my vampire eyes began to change from a deep red to a pale blue.

Oh well, at least I was able to experience some of the crazy antics that Transylvania has to offer. I had a fun night out, and I guess that's what matters most.
