Today was a great day. I woke up in my little coffin and poured myself a cup of vampire fuel. The grounds smelled like fresh licorice. Secondly, I snagged my lab coat and put on my rock radio headphones, and rustled up a quick salad from my garden.

Once that was all ready, I summoned my scientist friends to my chambers. We discussed our current projects and experiments, and it was fun to hear all the new ideas and inventions everyone was working on. I also shared some of the new things I had discovered last night while researching vampires on Mars.

After a few hours of chit-chatting, I found out one of my scientist friends had a new computer. I had to try it out, so I did a quick flight simulator game. I raced on the Martian terrain and told my friends about the fun that could be had flying around on Mars.

Now that I was all hyped up, and my friends had completely forgotten about the experiments we had been discussing, I decided it was time to start pranking the humans who live in the nearby village. I asked my scientist friends to help me invent a few interesting devices. We brainstormed for hours and created devious ideas that were sure to drive the villagers crazy.

Armed with our new inventions, we headed out to the village and had a lovely time pranking the unsuspecting people. We played music and computers games, gave out awesome trivia and made a few cat-shaped sculptures as a token of our appreciation.

Finally, after a full day of shenanigans, we headed back to my vampirix lair and called it a night. As I walked into the door, I could feel the stress being sucked away from me and I knew I had found a great new coping mechanism. As I drifted off to sleep, I had the most wonderful dream of flying around on Mars in my personalized vampirix spaceship - the Mootzulea Mars mission.

It seemed like only minutes had passed when I woke up feeling ready for another fun and strange day!
