Vampirix diary Mary Read

06 Jan 2025

Dear diary,

Today was another eventful day in the life of Mary Read, the vampirix extraordinaire! I started off my day by waking up to the sound of my pet bat, Count Flappy, fluttering around my room. He always knows how to wake me up in the most dramatic way possible.

After feeding Count Flappy his favorite snack of stress balls (they're all the rage in the vampirix world), I decided to head to the local mall to do some shopping. I had my eye on a new sparkly cape that I just had to have. As I was browsing the aisles, I ran into my girlfriends, the Wicked Witches of the Westside. We decided to have an impromptu fashion show in the middle of the mall, much to the confusion of the humans around us. Who knew vampires could rock the latest trends so effortlessly?

After our shopping spree, we decided to hit up the local juice bar for some Pina Coladas. Nothing like a fruity cocktail to start the day off right! As we sipped our drinks, we discussed our plans for the evening. I suggested we throw a party at my castle and invite all of our vampire friends. The night was sure to be full of laughter, gossip, and maybe a little bit of chaos.

On the way back to my castle, I decided to take a detour and visit my distant cousin, Dracula. He's always up for a good time and I knew he wouldn't want to miss out on the party. As I arrived at his castle, I found him lounging on his throne, surrounded by his loyal minions. I extended my invitation and he graciously accepted, promising to bring some of his finest blood wine to the festivities.

As the sun began to set, the party at my castle was in full swing. The music was blasting, the drinks were flowing, and the laughter was contagious. My girlfriends and I danced the night away, showing off our best vampire moves to the delight of our guests. Dracula arrived fashionably late, making a grand entrance with his cape billowing behind him. We toasted to an evening of fun and debauchery, knowing that as vampires, the night was truly ours.

As the party came to a close and the guests began to depart, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the life I lead. Being a vampirix may have its challenges, but I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world. Here's to many more absurd and weird adventures in the days to come.

Until next time, diary.

Yours eternally,

Mary Read
