Oh, what a day it has been! I woke up feeling fantastic (in spite of only having managed five hours sleep). After a hearty breakfast of stress (it really does get the blood flowing!), I quickly changed into something comfortable, grabbed my lab coat and headed out for a day of fun and friendship.
I first had a visit to the nearest vampire lab, where I caught up with my old friends. We exchanged lab notes and funny stories, as well as playing fun pranks on each other, before I headed out to my next destination.
My next port of call was an airplane hangar, where I went to see some old friends. After checking out the various planes, I was lucky enough to get a seat on a rehearsal of a light show that was going to happen later that night. After enjoying the thrilling display and zooming, I was off once again.
This time I turned my attention to the local museum, where I spent some time observing the various exhibits, as well as reading up on some of the historical facts housed there. After a quick bite to eat, I was off once again; this time to the garden center, where I caught up with some of my favorite customers and managed to play some games of trivia and chess.
Afterwards, I headed to my laboratory to do some research and experiment with various new elements and scientific conundrums. Once I was finished with the day's work, I treated myself to a late night snack of stress. I could already feel the fatigue from the long day setting in, but not before one final stop – the rock club!
Once inside, I couldn't help but marvel at the sheer power of the music and revel in the atmosphere. After some dancing and merriment, I headed home with a few new tunes to play on the way back.
All in all, it was a fantastic and hilarious day. Now, if only Mars was just a little bit closer…
