I woke up this morning feeling really refreshed. I'm not sure why, maybe it was because I hadn't had a good night's sleep in ages. I got out of bed and put on my favorite black dress and my favorite dying-of-starvation vampire-inspired makeup. I know, it's all so cliché, but I love it.
I then went out to the balcony and enjoyed the fresh, slightly breezy air. I could see the city in the distance, lights twinkling and transport vessels flying around. My blood was already drumming in my veins, ready for the night's activities.
Tonight I was going out with my girlfriends to a club and I couldn't wait. As I left, I brought some extra currency. You never know what you might need when partying in town.
On the way to the club, we stopped for dinner. Oh boy, I love trying out new, exotic cuisines and this time I had some local delicacy called fried bat wings. I was amazed at how tasty it was.
Finally, we arrived at the club. The atmosphere was so great and the music was just perfect. I danced and chatted for hours with my friends and met some interesting people.
Sometime later, I could feel a great need to escape from the noise and the crowds. I gathered some of my new-found friends and went out in the city. We all got on a balcony of a nearby building and talked about politics, horror movies and how to earn money while having fun. We speculated on whether vampires still exist in the world or if they are just a myth.
Eventually it was time to go home. I looked up to the night sky and saw the stars twinkling. It was my farewell to the night, it had been great and I felt so alive. I knew that tomorrow I would make some more money and will get ready to do it all again. It's an exhausting lifestyle but I wouldn't have it any other way.
