Today was an interesting day. I was awoken by the sun coming in through my window that morning, my body instantly reacting and starting to move around. I felt energized and ready to face the day. I got dressed and decided to go out and get some fresh air.
It was such a great day; the sky was so blue and clear, the sun warming my skin and the birds singing. I was feeling so alive, so I decided to let out my inner vampirix and let my feet take me for a night flight.
I flew around aimlessly, taking in the sights and playing in the clouds. After a while I flew back down to the city and landed. Despite the day having been so wonderful, I soon found myself feeling a little bored and wanting to do something else.
Ah, I know what I should do... shopping! I grabbed my wallet and hurried to the mall, my eyes widening at all the amazing shops and bargains. I ended up buying way more than I should have, but it was worth it. I picked up some jewelry, a new outfit, and a few little trinkets.
After shopping, I went out with some of my girlfriends to a club and had the time of our lives, dancing the night away and gossiping about the latest news and rumors. It was so much fun that I almost forgot to leave and had to be dragged out.
I stopped to get some food afterwards and cracked a few jokes with the waiter who served me, then I hopped a train to another part of town, where I caught up with one of my cats. We shared some stories, gossiped and then I said goodbye and went back home.
It was a very different day from what I'm used to, yet I can't help but think that I enjoyed it. Maybe tomorrow I'll go for another night flight and explore the world for a bit. Then again, I have a lot of new clothes and trinkets to show off, and maybe a few more jokes to share with my friends.
It's a hard life, but it's worth it.
