Today was an ordinary day. I went to the mall with my friends, doing some shopping and getting lunch. I had my usual taco salad and mango smoothie while chatting about boys and funny memes. As we were walking around, a sad-looking teddy bear caught my attention. I knew I had to take him with me.
At home I gave my new companion a warm welcome, calling him "Fuzzywinks". He made his home in the corner of my bedroom, surrounded by a rotating group of posable dolls that I'd collected throughout the years. I felt an instant connection with Fuzzywinks and sometimes I just sit and chat with him for hours about life, and the world we live in.
The vampire instinct hit me when the evening came. I went outside and flew around my neighborhood, stopping to catch some prey which I immediately devour in mid-air. I just love the feeling of stress-thoughts flooding my senses when feeding!
After a few rounds I returned home, happy and glowing. I thought it was a good idea to go to a nightclub to let go of the extra energy, so I could better enjoy the rest of the night. As usual, I was the star of the club, stealing the show with my vampire dance moves. Everyone was mesmerized.
I felt like I was standing on top of the world, and no one could ever take my sunshine away. I spent the rest of the night surrounded by my friends, laughing and drinking and dancing until we were completely out of energy. Wickedly tired, we all dispersed to our respective homes, and then it was time for me to rest.
Before that, though, I decided to take a quick look at my reflection in the mirror. I was surprised to see an ancient princess warrior proudly looking back at me, straight in the eyes. I felt powerful and beautiful, so I smiled to her before I went to bed.
