Today, I woke up with an overwhelming energy that I haven't felt in a while. I guess the moon had an effect on me, or the energy of the night sky, or the force of the breeze outside my window. I felt alive, powerful, and unstoppable.
I wanted to put my energy to use, so I began my day as I usually do: shopping. It's a simple pleasure to me, and walking through the mall is a little exciting for me. I get to observe the people around me and I get to be selective with the items that I purchase. Nothing pleases me more than getting the perfect deal to bring home.
Once I've had my shopping fix, I went to a restaurant for some exotic food. After sampling all the dishes, I quickly found out that none of them were quite to my liking. So, I took matters into my own hands and asked the chef to mix up a custom dish for me. He blended ingredients he was already familiar with and gave me this strange-tasting but perfect dish. I gulped it down in no time and instantly felt energized.
Next, I stopped by this party happening at one of the clubs down the street. Parties are perfect for me to release my energy, and this one was no different. I was able to dance around with friends and make some new acquaintances.
After the party, I didn't want to go home just yet. I wanted to pretend I was a warrior princess, so I strapped on some of my favorite accessories and hopped on a plane. I looked out the window and watched the nighttime sky turn into a bright, blue day. I felt so alive up there, so powerful. It felt like I had the power to do anything.
Finally, when I arrived home late at night, I settled into my bed with a contented sigh. I had finally released the energy that was raging inside me throughout the day. Now all I need is some rest to wake up with another creative surge.
