It's been a wild day. Tried a new recipe this morning - it turned out weird. It's like... a cake made of... I don't even know. But I ate some, and now I don't feel so great. Gotta remember to use a measuring cup next time if I want to make something edible.
Headed out for a night-fly with my favorite gals, the clouds were so thick, we could barely see where we were going. We stopped by an abandoned lighthouse to rest for a bit. What a strange experience. I could feel the centuries around us and I swear, a ancient spirit seemed to whisper in my ear: "Mary Read, daughter of the night, when will you ever learn, that the old ways are the best for everyone"!
What a strange night. But I'm a vampire, so I guess it's part of my life. I can manage. I went home, and decided to do some shopping. Bought a truly beautiful necklace for one of my friends - it had a tiny little vampirical figure on it. I hope she likes it.
So much gossip from today. Apparently one of my dearest friends found a vampire bat in her bathroom. Can you believe it? She thought it was cute, so she let it be. The universe works in mysterious ways sometimes.
Finishing the day with a nice glass of pina colada while watching Dracula on TV. It's days like this when I can feel how powerful I am. Night flies in my heart, stress in my veins, and still a divine warrior princess in my soul.
Back to reality, I think it's time to fly to bed. Tomorrow, new adventures await.
