Today's been a great day. I've done all my errands, my laundry was cleaned and folded, and I had a long nap in the afternoon. But tonight is when things really get interesting.
I met up with a few of my friends at a trendy night club – it's probably the chicest place I've ever seen. There was a kind of underground market in one of the private lounges and I managed to buy a few interesting items.
I walked out enjoying my purchases and decided to take a detour through a dark alley. I climbed up on the roof of a building and took flight over the city. I could feel the wind against my wings and it was invigorating.
I glided over the buildings for hours until I felt the need for a break. I went into a park and chased a few cats, played hide and seek with a bunch of bats I found, and, of course, I had a few drops of their blood. Then I moved on.
I stumbled across a new club that had a DJ playing all my favorite songs. I danced and danced and partied until the early morning hours until I was completely exhausted. It was a great night in a strange and mysterious way.
I flew home and fell into bed. What an amazing night! Tomorrow I'll need to catch up on all the studying I should have done today but right now I'm just going to lay in bed and dream about all the adventures I can get into after dark.
